I opened Rosie’s in NW Denver in the spring of 2022. I fell in love with the Berkeley neighborhood and decided to join my friends who own Devil’s Cup Coffee. The vibe I got from visiting their coffee shop on the corner of 44th Ave and Yates made me excited to create Rosie’s in our new shared space.

I’ve been in the ice cream business for over 10 years. I opened Inside Scoop Creamery in downtown Littleton in 2012. I made ice cream in our on site kitchen 5 days a week during our busy summer months and created many fun flavors over the next 5 years. We still make our own ice cream and sorbets in our DT Littleton commissary.

BTW…Rosie is my French Bulldog who can be seen off and on at our store throughout the summer. She and I invite you to stop down to try our many fantastic flavors that can be enjoyed in our super cozy ice cream parlor/coffee house. We hope to see you soon!
